1505 deviations on my list right now. it used to be higher but i went through them last week (i was bored at work, like now.)

so i will upload more renders and think about getting paint under my fingernails and whine because i don't have any space to spread out and do my art.

i went to pull out my scanner from storage last month and found the glass had been broken in our last move. i obtained another from goodwill for a buck fifty, so we'll see if that works. it doesn't have any cables--when i can navigate the storage room again i'll see if i can find the ones for my last one. with any luck they'll work with the new one. if not, i'm out a buck and a half. woo.

i eye my copy of maya 2009 with trepidation. a friend was lovely enough to send me some tutorials on how to use it, but i've been all OMG EEEEK at the idea of getting back into creating something from scratch. silly, i know, but yet again i like my privacy and there isn't any at home. there won't be until The Boy moves out. when he does, his room becomes a workout/study/library/art room. unfortunately i think he'll live at home until he's 40 and bitch about it the entire time. one can dream.

i didn't renew my subscription here. thought i'd do more with it if i spent the cash. didn't happen, so there you go. back to basics. la.
